As president of ICSI, Paula implements the overall direction of the company – our culture, mission, and core values while keeping her finger on the pulse of the industry. She continues to drive ICSI’s growth and partnerships. Paula is committed to using cutting-edge, cost-effective technology to reinforce your business through our team and software partnerships. Paula graduated with a B.A. degree from Towson University. - Moe Sedghi – Co-Founder and Senior Vice President
Wearing many hats during his 30+ years in the IT industry, Moe’s results-oriented leadership is invaluable in day-to-day operations at ICSI. The knowledge and experience he brings to the ICSI’s Business Operations division makes him an integral part of the strategic vision and client road mapping. Moe is known to roll up his sleeves from time to time and work alongside our cutting-edge technicians. He is skilled at running a high-performance company. Moe graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from Towson University. - Max Sedghi – Vice President of Business Development
Partnerships are how he leads the Client Services division. A customer centered focus and a commitment to excellence are the cornerstones of this division. Max utilizes a road map with strategic solutions to maximize our clients’ assets allowing for a more secure, compliant and productive environment. He is committed to staying current with the latest trends and technologies, allowing us to provide our clients with the best possible solutions. Before joining ICSI, Max worked at Oracle, creating and implementing solutions. Max graduated with a B.A. in Finance from James Madison University and a Master of Technology, System Design and Management from Georgetown University. - Parissa Sedghi – Vice President of Operations
Her passion for problem solving and customer experience makes our partnerships successful. Parissa brings a decade worth of nonprofit world experience; her mindset is on your best RIO and knows how to make a dollar go far. Her style of mentor-leadership keeps Operations running responsively and smoothly. Making sure our technicians are on the cutting edge and can assist our clients effectively and efficiently are Parissa’s priorities. She plays an integral role by leading our team culture and daily operation. Parissa graduated with a B.S. from Marymount University and M.S. from the University of Maryland with a certificate in Financial Management. - Shadee Sedghi – Vice President of Finance and Business Relations
Shadee is a key member of the executive team as our Vice President of Finance and Business Relations. She oversees all financial matters for ICSI. This includes financial reporting and control, financial planning and analysis, treasury operations, banking relations, tax, audit, investments and risk management. Shadee is an active participant in shaping ICSI’s overarching growth strategy and assessing the company’s key priorities. She provides well-developed business operations experience and familiarity with a wide range of business operational performance metrics. Shadee handles vendor relations allowing ICSI to bring our best to all our clients and colleagues while building and instilling a healthy financial approach and facilitating the development of a holistic corporate vision. Shadee graduated with a B.S.B.A degree from Marymount University.
